露天風呂と石風呂に同時にお湯を張ろうとすると、給湯器の能力不足によりエラーが発生する場合がございます。 両方のお風呂をご利用になる際は、お手数ですが、まず一方のお風呂にお湯を張り終えてから、もう一方のお風呂にお湯を張っていただきますようお願いいたします。 ご不便をおかけし誠に申し訳ございませんが、ご理解とご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

If hot water is supplied to both the open-air bath and the stone bath at the same time, the water heater may become overloaded and an error may occur.

If you would like to use both baths, please fill one bath completely before filling the other.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

エラーが発生した場合は、以下をお試しください。

・給湯器の電源を一度切り、数分ほど時間をおいてから再度電源を入れる。 ・すべての蛇口がしっかり閉まっていることを確認したうえで、「ふろ自動」ボタンを押す。

上記をお試しいただいても復旧しない場合は、屋外に設置されている給湯器本体の電源を入れ直す必要があります。

その際は専門業者を手配いたしますので、お手数ですがご連絡くださいますようお願いいたします。

If an error occurs, please try the following:

• Turn off the water heater and wait a few minutes before turning it back on.
• Make sure all faucets are completely closed, then press the "Auto Bath" button.

If the system still does not recover, the main power of the outdoor water heater unit may need to be reset.
